Basic Cooked Mustard Greens

These mustard greens are thoroughly washed and then cooked with pork or bacon, along with sugar. Serve them with cornbread and pepper vinegar.

Southern Greens: Mustard, Turnip, or Collard Greens. Feel free to mix greens and/or even add kale, Swiss chard, or cabbage, and/or to replace the water with chicken stock.
